Overview

The Insulclad Core Panel Rendered Wall System is made in Australia by leading polystyrene manufacturer Foamex Polystyrene Pty Ltd. Manufactured from quality, Australian expanded polystyrene (EPS) sheets, the insulated Core Panel features an added fire retardant and termite protection system to provide the highest levels of safety and comfort.


The lightweight, uncoated, M Grade EPS panels easily fit to the exterior of a building frame via direct fix or cavity method. The panels can be used across various substrates, including brickwork, fibre cement sheeting, timber or steel. The uncoated, core panel provides builders with a choice of certified renders, as well as a full suite of fixings and accessories, allowing installation flexibility to suit your project requirements.
